Commercial Manager – Sportsbook

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to drive the commercial strategy and growth of our Sportsbook product. The role combines deep technical knowledge of sportsbook data feeds with strong negotiation and revenue optimisation skills, targeting both regulated and emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Sportsbook offering.
• Design and optimise pricing models, including revenue‑share, fixed‑fee and hybrid structures.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across regulated and emerging jurisdictions.
• Lead B2B negotiations with operators, platform providers, aggregators and data suppliers.
• Manage contracts to align with revenue targets and risk appetite.
• Oversee performance of pre‑match and live odds feeds, ensuring data quality, latency and uptime standards.
• Collaborate with Trading, Product and Technical teams to maintain feed accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to benchmark pricing and margins.
• Prepare commercial forecasts, revenue reports and performance analyses.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in sportsbook, betting technology or sports data.
• Proven track record in commercial, business development or feed‑related management.
• Strong understanding of odds compilation, pre‑match and live trading environments.
• Experience with international, preferably regulated, markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
