About the role

EWOR is building a new AI Infrastructure department and needs a hands‑on engineer to lead its first initiatives. You will work remotely, turning high‑level strategy into concrete, production‑ready solutions that power next‑generation robotics and AI services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 0‑to‑1 projects in AI infrastructure and robotics, from prototype to production.
• Translate strategic vision into detailed execution roadmaps.
• Architect scalable, reliable systems that can support rapid growth and potential spin‑off.
• Drive critical milestones, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to work remotely).
• High‑agency, builder mindset with proven domain expertise.
• Strong ownership mentality, able to take end‑to‑end responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
