About the role

The Customer Technical Support role involves handling agent requests via written communication, operating back‑end game tools, and performing basic network tool operations. You will monitor game operations in real time and provide timely responses to ensure smooth player experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle agent requests through written communication and provide appropriate responses.
• Query and operate back‑end game tools.
• Perform basic network tool operations.
• Monitor game operations in real‑time and provide timely responses.

Required profile

• No experience required.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Background in Information Management or Computer Science preferred.
• Prior experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
• Passion for technical customer support and gaming is a plus.
• Selected candidates must undergo training in Taiwan before starting work in Malta.
• Open to EU candidates willing to relocate or those holding a PR card in Malta.
