Account Manager – Publisher & Ad Tech Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our Publisher and Ad Tech team. The role combines sales leadership, partnership development and performance optimisation in a fast‑growing digital advertising environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Publishers team, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance against company goals.
• Coach and mentor team members on sales tactics, negotiation and partner management.
• Improve internal processes and workflows to boost efficiency, scalability and execution quality.
• Own profitability, traffic quality and scalability of all publisher activities.
• Analyse performance data, translate insights into growth actions and optimise campaigns.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with AdOps, Business Intelligence, Product and Finance to enhance tracking and overall performance.
• Drive growth strategy, identify new opportunities across geographies, channels and verticals.
• Lead negotiations with key publishers to secure high‑value, scalable deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic publishers and represent the company at events and conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Publishers Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
• 3‑5 years working with publishers, in‑app traffic and mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
• 3‑5 years business development experience in in‑app traffic, digital or performance marketing.
• Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to design and execute growth plans for existing partners.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse and optimise performance.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
