Store Manager – Grocery Store (Qormi)

About the role

Wolt Market is expanding its grocery delivery service across Malta and is looking for a full‑time Store Manager to lead the Qormi store. You will shape daily operations, drive fast delivery, and influence the future of grocery shopping in the city.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop 2‑4 shift leads and the wider store team.
• Ensure freshness, inventory accuracy and smooth day‑to‑day store operations.
• Handle hiring, training, performance reviews and regular 1‑on‑1s.
• Plan shift schedules and manage incoming goods and stock ordering.
• Monitor shrinkage, control food waste and maintain high delivery speed.
• Collaborate with other Wolt functions to guarantee the right product selection.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate others.
• Background in grocery or retail environments is a plus.
• Fast learner, multitasker and service‑minded.
• Data‑driven, analytical mindset for operational improvements.
• Fluent English and flexible to work days, evenings and weekends.
