Spa Receptionist and Spa Host

About the role

Hard Rock Hotel Malta is looking for enthusiastic, professional and guest-focused people to join its Spa Team in two positions: Spa Receptionist and Spa Host. The ideal candidates have a passion for hospitality and wellness and want to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury spa setting.

Key responsibilities

• Spa Receptionist: welcome guests, manage appointments, reservations and enquiries, give information on treatments, packages and retail products, promote and upsell spa services and products, handle check-ins, check-outs, payments and transactions, coordinate with spa therapists and respond to guest requests and feedback.
• Spa Host: welcome guests and make them feel warmly received, escort guests around the spa and explain facilities and amenities, help with lockers and changing areas, keep guest areas clean and tidy, monitor guest comfort and work closely with the reception and therapist teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, spa operations, guest relations or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a professional, friendly and welcoming personality.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an asset.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for wellness and hospitality.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to perform other duties assigned by management.
• Must reside in Malta or hold a valid EU passport.
