Reception / Guest Relations Manager

About the role

The Arbour is an upcoming private members' club opening in St. George's Bay, Malta in October 2026, developed by db Group with industry expert Jamie Caring. It will offer seasonal Mediterranean cuisine, a cocktail lab, cultural programming and a community space for the island. As part of Lifestyle Group, you will help deliver exceptional service at some of Malta's most iconic and diverse restaurant brands, several of which are featured in the Michelin Guide.

You will be the face and voice of the Club, responsible for driving exceptional member experiences and managing all front-of-house reception operations, so that every member and guest receives personalised, polished and discreet service from arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire the reception team
• Oversee daily arrival procedures
• Handle high-profile requests
• Serve as the key bridge between club members and operational teams

Required profile

• Genuine love for culinary experiences and a passion for hospitality leadership
• Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality operation, ideally in a senior management role
• Natural team player comfortable working in sync with a large team
• Friendly, customer-oriented and able to create memorable dining experiences
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
