Service Advisor – Automotive Customer Service

About the role

The Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the service reception, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring a smooth, transparent experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients entering the service reception.
• Explain repair processes, advise clients, and answer service‑related questions.
• Inspect vehicles on arrival and before delivery, updating the company system accordingly.
• Coordinate with workshop managers on required repairs and vehicle status.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs so vehicles are ready for customers.
• Contact clients to arrange vehicle collection after service completion.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and keep the system up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably as a service advisor in an automotive dealership or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
