Senior Strategy & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Strategy & Marketing Executive to lead client work for one of our key accounts. You will translate strategy into actionable campaigns that deliver measurable results for both local and global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative campaign concepts that address commercial objectives from awareness to acquisition, retention, and reputation.
• Turn business objectives into strategic angles, big ideas, content systems, and channel plans.
• Lead concept development sessions, shaping narratives, hooks, and executional platforms across video, social, OOH, and digital.
• Own the brief-to-output process, including script writing, tone of voice, and ensuring intentional deliverables.
• Collaborate with Creative and Production to protect ideas through execution while maintaining high craft standards.
• Build structured, scalable content strategies with monthly calendars, series formats, and reusable pillars.
• Maintain brand consistency and high taste standards across all assets.
• Track campaign performance, extract insights, and iterate creative based on real feedback.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to keep projects on track and clients informed.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of experience in a marketing or creative agency environment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organization, project planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working across brand, campaign, digital, and content projects.
• Confidence with reporting, performance insights, and budget awareness.
