Senior Sales Manager

About the role

Growth Leads is seeking a driven Senior Sales Manager to expand its affiliate and partnership network within the iGaming and finance sectors. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, closing high‑value deals and turning user demand into measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimise affiliate accounts while maintaining long‑term partner relationships.
• Identify, onboard and negotiate with new commercial partners.
• Drive revenue growth by spotting and closing high‑value opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, content and marketing teams to align campaigns and offers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover strategic opportunities.
• Manage inbound sales leads and optimise the conversion funnel.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance, partnerships and market insights.
• Represent the company at international conferences and networking events.
• Lead ad‑hoc commercial and operational projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales and account‑management experience in the iGaming industry.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close complex commercial deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical mindset.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently while handling multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Strong CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot.
