Senior Sales Manager – Affiliate & Partnerships

About the role

Growth Leads is seeking a driven Senior Sales Manager to expand its affiliate and partnership network within the iGaming and finance sectors. The role focuses on acquiring high‑value partners, closing deals, and driving revenue through performance‑marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise affiliate accounts while maintaining long‑term partner relationships.
• Identify, onboard and negotiate with new commercial partners.
• Drive revenue growth by closing high‑value opportunities and managing inbound sales leads.
• Collaborate with product, content and marketing teams to align campaigns and offers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover strategic opportunities.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance, partnerships and market insights.
• Represent the company at international conferences and networking events.
• Lead ad‑hoc commercial and operational projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales and account‑management experience in the iGaming industry.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close complex commercial deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical mindset.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM (or comparable CRM platform).
