Senior Quality Assurance Specialist – Operations Support

About the role

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist supporting Operations, you will ensure that printed packaging materials meet production schedules and regulatory requirements. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, delivering timely, accurate documentation and supporting product registration activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve/reject printed packaging materials according to the production plan.
• Prioritise items from the Exceptions Report and provide same‑day review in SAP.
• Approve packaging material specifications, including Version 1 and non‑Version 1 documents.
• Sample printed packaging materials on request and compile Certificates of Analysis (CoAs).
• Prepare Batch Release Certificates (commercial and registration) with CoAs, BRCs, and CoCs for Qualified Person review.
• Provide clients with commercial batch documentation as defined in Technical Agreements or product specifications.
• Coordinate preparation and distribution of finished‑product samples and registration documentation.
• Respond to quality‑related client queries within 48 hours.
• Deliver training on new or updated SOPs and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Maintain QA records, databases, and logbooks; archive and retrieve batch documentation as needed.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving QA processes and departmental performance.
• Compile monthly Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) and perform additional duties as required.
