About the role

We are looking for a Health Claims Associate to assess and settle insurance claims for our clients and service providers. The role involves direct interaction with customers and providers while adhering to our customer service standards, with full on‑the‑job training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Assess health insurance claims submitted by clients.
• Settle claims directly with clients or service providers in line with company standards.

• Outgoing with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities, able to work under pressure and enjoy teamwork.
• Interest in medical issues and ability to relate well to people.
