Senior Online Reputation Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Online Reputation Executive to lead the execution of our Group’s Online Reputation Management (ORM) strategy. You will protect and enhance our brand’s credibility, visibility, and trust across digital channels, handling both routine monitoring and crisis situations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the ORM strategy to continuously improve the Group’s online reputation and visibility.
• Monitor, track, and moderate brand mentions across search engines, blogs, social communities, review sites, and forums.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential reputation risks and manage online incidents.
• Analyse ORM performance data, produce regular reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Develop review invitation programmes to increase client feedback volume and quality.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Compliance and other cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent, compliant messaging.
• Plan and coordinate media activities that support ORM efforts.
• Manage external vendors and monitor competitors’ ORM strategies.
• Coach and motivate team members, set targets, and deliver performance feedback.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar ORM role.
• Proven experience in fintech, online trading or a comparable industry.
• Strong analytical, reporting and judgment skills for handling sensitive content.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with social listening tools such as Sprinklr or Brandwatch.
• Experience in review site moderation and ORM strategy execution.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable reputation strategies.
