Senior Consultant – Banking & Payments Finance Advisory

About the role

Join Deloitte’s Banking & Payments Finance Advisory team as a Senior Consultant. You will support banks, payment institutions and fintech clients in navigating financial, regulatory and operational challenges in a fast‑changing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advisory services across finance‑related engagements for banking and payments clients.
• Support clients on business model design, regulatory impact assessments, finance transformation, process optimisation, product profitability and cost analysis.
• Develop financial models, business cases and client‑ready presentations, reports and analyses.
• Liaise with client stakeholders, facilitate workshops and meetings.
• Contribute to proposal development, internal knowledge sharing and coaching of junior team members.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in banking, payments, fintech, or consulting serving financial‑services clients.
• Strong understanding of banking or payments operations, products and financial drivers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
