Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

MiFinity is looking for a senior, commercially‑driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and strategic B2B payment partners. The role focuses on expanding MiFinity’s footprint across high‑volume disbursement markets such as e‑commerce, forex, marketplaces and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and acquire new merchants and platform partners in targeted industries and regions.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality sales pipeline from prospecting through contract execution and onboarding.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, transaction volume and new‑business targets.
• Develop and implement market‑expansion strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage the end‑to‑end sales process.
• Foster strong relationships with merchants, payment service providers and other strategic partners.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling payment solutions to online merchants or digital businesses.
• Proactive hunter with strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Experience in high‑volume B2B payment environments (e‑commerce, fintech, marketplaces, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable revenue growth.
