Security Supervisor – Hotel Security Team

About the role

At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, the Security Supervisor leads the Security Team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests, staff and assets. The role combines day‑to‑day operational oversight with incident response and close collaboration with other hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily security operations and shift teams.
• Monitor hotel premises, guests, staff and assets, conducting regular patrols.
• Respond promptly to incidents, preparing clear incident reports and ensuring follow‑up.
• Guide and support Security Officers during their shifts.
• Work closely with operational departments to support hotel events and daily operations.

Required profile

• Valid Maltese Security Licence (mandatory).
• Previous experience in hospitality, corporate or large‑scale security environments.
• Supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong judgement, situational awareness and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
