Information Security Analyst – Cloud & Container Focus

About the role

The Information Security Analyst will work closely with various Altenar teams to maintain and improve security and compliance across the organisation, focusing on operational security, cloud environments and container technologies such as Kubernetes and GKE.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing and continuously improving the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Monitor and analyse security alerts from SIEM and other tools, conduct vulnerability assessments and manage EDR solutions.
• Support DevOps and Engineering teams on secure architecture, conduct penetration testing and ensure timely patching and hardening of cloud and container platforms.
• Develop and enforce best practices for Kubernetes security and assist with audits, compliance activities and incident response exercises.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an information security role or related IT role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SIEM solutions and EDR tools.
• Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools (e.g., Kali Linux).
• Container security knowledge, especially Kubernetes and GKE.
• Cloud security experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of ISO 27001, GDPR and gaming regulatory frameworks.
