Sales Officer – Fluent Spanish (Malta)

About the role

The Sales Officer will be part of a team responsible for handling sales, customer onboarding and document verification of a loan portfolio. Based in Malta, the role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while promoting the bank’s financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Actively seek new sales by executing appointed strategies and meeting team sales targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales team members to improve process efficiency and overall results.
• Perform customer onboarding and verification in line with the bank’s policies and operational procedures.
• Respond to customer queries via email, SMS and phone, providing an excellent customer experience.
• Work closely with Payments and Collections departments to ensure transparent and efficient interaction.
• Produce sales reports, assist in training and mentoring team members, and contribute to documentation of operational procedures.

Required profile

• Higher education qualification.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish.
• Demonstrable experience in sales of financial products.
• Experience in customer onboarding and documentation verification processes.
• Fast learner with a results‑driven approach.
• Ability to work independently.
