About the role
Join the #1 recruitment consultancy in Malta to create a brand‑new division focused on mainland Europe, starting with Switzerland and the life‑sciences and pharmaceutical sectors. You will be based in Malta, receive specialised sales training and own the full sales cycle from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Pitch our IT recruitment services to major Swiss companies while establishing the new division.
- Develop and manage major accounts across the life‑sciences and pharmaceutical markets.
- Contribute to the division’s growth strategy and help shape its future direction.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably high‑volume outbound calling.
- Thick skin, resilience and a proactive mindset to create opportunities from scratch.
- Strong desire to contribute to a meaningful, long‑lasting project and relocate to Malta.
