About the role

Vista is expanding its team of Client Services Executives to deliver world‑class, personalized service to a global, high‑profile client base. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction reflects Vista’s commitment to excellence and seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client requests and bookings with precision, coordinating all operational aspects of each journey.
• Secure regulatory permissions by gathering and verifying country‑specific requirements such as landing permits and crew readiness.
• Arrange tailored ancillary services including ground transfers, chauffeurs, and helicopter connections.
• Anticipate challenges, resolve issues promptly, and keep clients informed throughout the process.
• Collaborate across multiple internal teams to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end service experience.

Required profile

• Experience in a client‑facing role within hospitality, travel, aviation, luxury services or related industries.
• Ability to manage multiple digital systems simultaneously and navigate several platforms in real time.
• Strong written and spoken English, calm under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.
