Sales Executive

About the role

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive for our client operating within the manufacturing and finishings/furniture sector. The successful candidate will generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and oversee the full sales process from initial enquiry through to project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and contractor markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, quotations, negotiations, and closing sales.
• Prepare and submit tender and project proposals within required deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximise repeat business.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

Required profile

• Sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, finishings, furnishings, or furniture.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in project‑based sales is considered an asset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluency in both Maltese and English.
• Self‑motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Full, clean driving licence required.
