Grocery Store Assistant – Full‑time (San Gwann)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Grocery Store Assistant to join our San Gwann Wolt Market. This full‑time position involves rotating shifts covering the store’s opening hours from early morning until after midnight.

Key responsibilities

• Take customer orders through the Merchant app and hand them to customers or courier partners.
• Pick and pack grocery items accurately and efficiently.
• Unload food and supplies received from vendors.
• Maintain internal systems with precise nutrient and allergen information.
• Keep the store clean and organised throughout the day.

Required profile

• Proactive, fast learner with strong multitasking abilities.
• Flexible to work morning, evening, weekend and public‑holiday shifts (store open 6:45 AM–1:00 AM).
• Experience in a grocery or retail environment is an advantage.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Legal right to work in Malta and currently residing in the country.
