Recruitment Consultant – IT or Finance & Legal (Malta)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our IT or Finance & Legal division in Malta. You will build strong relationships with clients, become a trusted recruitment partner, and deliver high‑quality talent solutions for leading Maltese businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen and qualify candidates across the specialist market.
• Manage interview processes and coordinate communication between clients and candidates.
• Guide both parties through offers and placement, ensuring a smooth transition.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any sector (e.g., hospitality, telecom, insurance, events).
• Fluency in English, the primary business language in Malta.
• Local residency or immediate readiness to relocate to Malta (fully on‑site in Ta’ Xbiex).
• High financial ambition and mental resilience to handle rejection.

What we offer

• Base salary plus uncapped commission paid monthly.
• Average earnings of €35,000+ in the first year and €50,000+ in the second year.
