Learning & Development Executive

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver induction and onboarding programmes for new team members.
• Organise, facilitate and evaluate training programmes across the organisation.
• Support the identification of learning needs and source appropriate training solutions.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of the annual training plan.
• Work with other trainers to develop engaging training materials, presentations and learning resources.
• Monitor and maintain training records, attendance and learning metrics.
• Support performance, talent and career development initiatives.
• Coordinate with external training providers, certifications and professional development opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in learning and development roles.
• Proven expertise in social media recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• HR‑related qualification or advanced education preferred.
• Fluent in English; Maltese is an asset.
