Restaurant Manager – Private Members' Club

About the role

The Arbour, a new private members' club opening in St. George's Bay, Malta, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations. You will help maintain high standards across service, operations, guest experience and team performance while driving new initiatives and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing the outlet’s day‑to‑day operations.
• Ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement new initiatives in collaboration with Lifestyle Group.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture and lead by example for the team.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for culinary experiences and hospitality leadership.
• Proven experience in a high‑volume restaurant or hospitality operation, preferably in a senior management role.
• Strong team player comfortable working with large teams.
• Customer‑oriented with the ability to create memorable dining experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
