About the role

Join The Place by Alliance, Malta’s leading real‑estate team, as a Real Estate Sales Specialist. You will work with a high volume of leads, guide buyers and sellers through the property market, and manage transactions from listing to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads, build and nurture client relationships.
• Conduct consultations with buyers and sellers, match properties to their needs, and arrange viewings.
• Oversee the full transaction process, ensuring a smooth experience from listing to closing.
• Develop your own network while leveraging the company’s extensive market knowledge and client database.

Required profile

• Motivated self‑starter with a positive attitude and passion for real estate.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized, proactive and comfortable using digital tools.
• Valid real‑estate licence or willingness to obtain one.

Required skills

• Basic tech knowledge and proficiency with digital tools.
