Operations Manager

About the role

An experienced Operations Manager is needed to oversee day‑to‑day management of a growing portfolio of premium short‑let properties across Malta. You will lead the existing operations team, maintain high service standards, and continuously improve operational systems.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily property operations including turnovers, maintenance, inspections, stock management and cleaning coordination.
• Manage field operations, guest support, administration and cleaning contractors, ensuring clear schedules and accountability.
• Maintain and enhance operational platforms, handle guest issues, and ensure compliance and safety standards.
• Monitor performance, produce reports for senior management and make operational decisions.
• Travel between properties, combining on‑site duties with system‑based work.

Required profile

• Strong organisational, leadership, time‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Reliable, proactive and hands‑on with a willingness to work evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
• Own a car or motorbike, hold a full driving licence and be eligible to work in Malta.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary €25,000–€40,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus.
