Business Development & Sales Executive – Property Management

About the role

Victor Estate is seeking a motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to expand its Property Management portfolio. The role combines lead generation, relationship building, and the creation of tailored sales plans to convert prospects into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for Property Management services.
• Proactively generate, qualify, and manage new business leads.
• Identify opportunities with property owners, investors, developers, condominium associations, and commercial property owners.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Negotiate, follow up, and close agreements.
• Build referral networks and strategic business relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales activity reports.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Report on sales performance, market developments, and opportunities.
