We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Letting Specialist to join our QuickLets team in Malta. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who are people‑oriented, eager to learn, and ready to start a career in property letting without prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Match clients with suitable rental properties based on their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and support the closing of letting agreements.

Required profile

• Residency in Malta for at least the past six months.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated attitude with a willingness to achieve targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings if needed.
