About the role

QuickLets & Zanzi Homes are expanding their St Paul's Bay team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as Letting Specialists or Sales Specialists. No prior real‑estate experience is required – the focus is on ambition, drive, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the agency in letting or sales transactions for properties in Malta.
• Participate in a full, structured training programme to develop industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver excellent client service.
• Earn compensation directly linked to personal performance.

Required profile

• Strong ambition and personal drive.
• Willingness to attend training and apply what is learned.
• Enjoyment of interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Real‑estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.
