Program Hostess – Cruise Guest Communication

About the role

The Program Hostess acts as the voice and bridge of communication between the cruise experience and guests. Reporting to the Cruise Director, you will keep guests informed and engaged by curating, editing, and translating the ship’s Daily Program and Daily Specials. Your work ensures clear, accurate, and accessible information for an international audience onboard.

Key responsibilities

• Curate, edit, and translate the Daily Program and Daily Specials into multiple European languages.
• Produce and maintain guest‑facing materials with high standards of clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Meet tight publishing deadlines while collaborating with entertainment, food‑and‑beverage, and other ship departments.
• Utilize digital publishing tools and formatting software to deliver up‑to‑date information to guests.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Program Publisher, Program Hostess, or similar role in cruise or hospitality tourism.
• Strong background in editing, translating, and formatting guest information with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience handling multilingual content for an international audience.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high‑quality output.
• Familiarity with digital publishing tools and formatting software is a plus.
