People Partner

About the role

As a People Partner at Patrianna Limited you will sit at the centre of our HR function, driving strategic people initiatives in a fast‑moving iGaming environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders while owning the full employee‑relations lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Head of HR, managers and department heads to develop workforce plans, organisational design and people strategies.
• Coach managers through performance conversations, conflict resolution and difficult employee situations.
• Own the employee‑relations caseload, conduct investigations and recommend compliant outcomes.
• Advise on policy and global employment‑law matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support the creation, update and rollout of HR policies, ensuring alignment with evolving legal requirements.
• Analyse people metrics such as turnover and engagement to identify trends and propose proactive solutions.
• Champion culture and values by leading engagement programmes, surveys and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Learning & Development to deliver company‑wide programmes.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent proven HR experience.
• Previous experience in the iGaming sector is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on experience managing complex employee‑relations cases and a solid understanding of global employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at all organisational levels.
• Comfortable working with remote teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
