Payment Product Specialist

About the role

ComeOn Group is looking for a strategic Payment Product Specialist to manage and optimise payment systems, ensure smooth transaction processing and improve the customer payment experience. The role works closely with internal teams and external payment providers across several markets, and calls for a detail-oriented person with strong analytical skills and experience in online gambling or fintech.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse daily and monthly payment processing acceptance rate by market (Nordics, Germany, Poland, Canada, Netherlands and others as required)
• Investigate and report payment errors and discrepancies, and prepare reports on trends, risks and opportunities
• Test payment functionality regularly on desktop, mobile and app platforms
• Monitor payment dashboards in real time and escalate anomalies such as payment failures or delays
• Act as the main contact for payment service providers, investigating declined transactions, fraud flags and technical issues
• Support onboarding of new payment methods (e.g. Trustly or Swish in the Nordics, iDEAL in the Netherlands)
• Maintain payment settings, currencies and regional preferences, and keep settings compliant with local regulations such as GDPR

Required profile

• 2+ years in a payments, fintech or product specialist role, ideally in online gambling or e-commerce
• Strong analytical skills reviewing financial data such as payment reports and transaction logs
• Knowledge of payment methods and PSPs in the Nordics, Germany, Poland, Canada and the Netherlands
• Desirable: regulated industry experience and familiarity with site testing tools

Required skills

• Dashboard monitoring or payment system monitoring (e.g. Tableau)
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external providers
