Part-Time Coach – Women’s Youth National Teams

About the role
The Malta Football Association seeks a part‑time coach to lead its Women’s Youth National Teams. This role offers the chance to shape the next generation of Maltese women’s football while working closely with the Women’s Football Department on training, camps, and competitive fixtures.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver training sessions for youth national squads.
- Lead the team during training camps, friendly matches and official competitions.
- Monitor player development and identify emerging talent.
- Collaborate with the Women’s Football Department and technical staff.
- Prepare training plans, player reports and match evaluations.
Required profile
- UEFA A Licence or UEFA Pro Licence.
- Proven experience coaching youth and/or senior football.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and travel internationally as needed.
