Challenger 300/350/3500 Type Rating Instructor and Examiner

About the role

Vista is expanding its training capability for the Challenger 300, 350 and 3500 fleet. The Type Rating Instructor and Examiner will deliver high‑quality training and assessments, ensuring pilots meet EASA and company standards while upholding Vista’s safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver type‑rating, recurrent, proficiency checks and skill tests in line with regulatory and company requirements.
• Objectively assess pilot performance against EASA standards and Vista operating procedures.
• Maintain consistency and integrity across all training and assessment activities.
• Provide base training, debriefings and constructive feedback.
• Develop pilot competence in Vista Standard Operating Procedures and operational philosophy.
• Complete all training documentation, reports and records accurately and promptly.
• Exercise instructor/examiner privileges, including licence endorsements, in full regulatory compliance.
• Participate in standardisation programmes and support additional operational or project‑based training activities.

Required profile

• Valid EASA ATPL(A) with CL30 type rating.
• Current Type Rating Instructor (TRI) certification on the Challenger type.
• Proven ability to assess objectively and deliver high‑quality debriefings.
• Strong leadership, professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, multinational environment.
• Excellent command of English.
