Paid Media Specialist – Hybrid (Malta)

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to lead and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and emerging channels such as Snapchat. Working in a hybrid setting based in Malta, you will collaborate with creative, compliance and business teams to drive performance for iGaming and other verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns, allocating roughly 80% of spend to Meta and 20% to Google, with growth on Snapchat.
• Brief and iterate with the design team on ad creative, evaluating performance and making data‑driven adjustments.
• Set up Meta ad accounts, coordinate with the Compliance team and manage budget pacing and forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple ventures, ensuring alignment on priorities and results.
• Monitor and report on key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and CPM.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or relevant platform certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, TikTok).
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on paid social experience on Meta, Google/YouTube and preferably Snapchat or TikTok.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding and budget pacing.
• Experience with conversion tracking and pixel/API setup (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GTM, GA4) and post‑iOS 14 measurement challenges.
• Creative mindset for briefing and iterating ad copy and visuals.
