Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Google Ads‑certified Digital Marketing Manager to own our digital marketing function end‑to‑end – setting up, tracking and optimising campaigns across paid channels, and continuously improving our website.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, run and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, paid social and other digital channels.
• Implement and maintain tagging, conversion tracking and attribution across all campaigns.
• Monitor performance and optimise for CPA, ROI and other KPIs.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, reallocating spend based on results.
• Own website performance – page speed, conversion rate, SEO and user journey – working with developers as needed.
• Build and maintain website and landing pages directly, reducing reliance on development resources.
• Run A/B tests on campaigns and landing pages to improve conversion.
• Report on digital performance with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Tertiary education in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Current Google Ads certification (required) and Google Analytics certification (asset).
• Experience building and maintaining websites (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
