Head of Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our talented marketing team, drive the growth of the group and internationalise our digital offerings. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven success in digital marketing, brand internationalisation and integrated marketing execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and maximising effectiveness.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen and internationalise the brand.
• Oversee budgeting, planning and allocation of marketing resources to meet business objectives.
• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for SEO, social media and Google Ads campaigns.
• Analyse market trends and performance metrics to continuously refine tactics.
• Monitor KPIs, report insights to senior management and coordinate corporate communications.
• Maintain department SOPs and organise weekly sprints.
• Collaborate with product development and customer service to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends and competitive insights.
• Oversee creation of marketing collateral across digital, social, email and print channels.

Required profile

• Tertiary level education in Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a head role.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing coupled with business development aptitude.
• Proven track record of growing and scaling brands.

Required skills

• Experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets, analysing performance metrics and KPIs.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance (preferred).
• Strong copywriting, witty communication and aesthetic sense.
• Up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
