About the role

At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, the Maintenance team ensures the property runs safely and efficiently behind the scenes. The team handles technical repairs, preventive maintenance, and supports daily hotel operations across a range of facility‑related functions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical repairs and preventive maintenance on hotel systems, including pool equipment.
• Support daily hotel operations across technical and facility‑related functions, allocating tasks based on experience and operational needs.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and contribute to a structured, safety‑focused work environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in maintenance, technical, or trade‑related roles.
• Strong attention to safety and compliance standards.
• Reliability, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Pool systems knowledge.
