IT Systems Administrator

About the role

TOPPAN Security is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of its IT infrastructure across data centres, customer sites, and internal environments. The position is ideal for early‑career professionals with hands‑on experience in server and network administration.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and support servers, networks, operating systems, databases and third‑party applications.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, investigate incidents and fulfil service requests.
• Perform routine database maintenance, including backups, restores, health checks and patching.
• Configure and manage Windows and/or Linux environments, user access, domain controllers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Install, patch and maintain hardware, software, virtual machines and other infrastructure components.
• Support planned deployments, change management and back‑out procedures.
• Maintain backup, disaster‑recovery and failover processes and test them regularly.
• Document technical configurations, asset inventories and operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers and third parties to meet service‑level agreements.

Required profile

• Early‑stage professional with practical experience in IT infrastructure.
• Interest in expanding skills from database administration to broader system administration.
• Ability to work independently, follow ITIL processes and contribute to problem‑prevention.
