Influencer Manager – iGaming (Hybrid Malta/Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Manager to lead end‑to‑end influencer marketing for our iGaming brand, working hybrid from Malta or remotely across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and manage influencer contracts and ongoing relationships.
• Design and launch influencer and social media campaigns on Facebook, Meta and other platforms.
• Oversee campaign budgets, track ROI and optimise performance using engagement, view and click‑through data.
• Contribute to broader marketing initiatives beyond influencer work as needed.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting crypto and trading promotions and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience managing influencers, preferably in Forex, crypto or fast‑moving consumer sectors.
• Strong understanding of Facebook/Meta metrics such as engagement, views and click‑through rates.
• Creative, resourceful problem‑solver with an easy‑going, professional demeanor.
• Proven ability to build rapport with talent and internal teams.
• Demonstrated adaptability across different markets; network in AU, NZ or US is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook/Meta advertising and analytics tools.
• Experience planning and executing social media influencer campaigns.
