About the role

Atlas Insurance Malta is seeking enthusiastic Health Insurance Associates to join its Health, Life and Pensions Sales team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer support, expanding the client base, assisting with medical underwriting, and processing payments in a dynamic, family‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support to existing clients.
• Help grow the customer base through proactive outreach.
• Assist in medical underwriting tasks.
• Handle payment processing and related administrative duties.

Required profile

• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to relate well to people.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Interest in medical issues.

Required skills

• Experience in an insurance setting or health/customer‑care environment.
• IT proficiency.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese.
