Growth Executive – Drive User Acquisition & Market Expansion

About the role

VoiceBiota, an award‑winning medical technology company, is seeking a Growth Executive to lead user acquisition and market expansion for its voice‑biomarker platform and Biota1 wearable device. The role will own the end‑to‑end growth strategy, from campaign execution to performance analysis, collaborating closely with product, marketing and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
• Own and optimise acquisition funnels for the VoiceBiota platform and Biota1 device.
• Track, analyse, and report on key growth metrics.
• Run structured experiments to improve conversion and retention.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Identify new market and partnership opportunities to accelerate growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth, performance or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Experience in health‑tech, wellness or regulated consumer product space is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (preferred).
• Familiarity with the med‑tech landscape (preferred).
