German Speaking Customer Service and Sales Officer

About the role

The role supports existing financial product clients in Malta, providing professional service and identifying sales opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service for inquiries about products and services.
• Open client accounts, handle card requests, cancellations, renewals and process transactions.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of company products, identify selling opportunities and monitor loan repayments.
• Assist with data gathering via phone, email and chat, support invoicing, payment allocation and perform administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with country coordinators and other departments, and perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in online customer support or sales, or a recent university degree in banking, financial services or related fields.
• Native or fluent German and fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills, computer literacy, team player attitude and customer‑oriented mindset.
