Director of Financial Advisory Services

About the role

We are seeking a Director for our Financial Advisory Services team to lead complex corporate finance assignments and drive the strategic growth of the practice. Reporting directly to partners, you will interface with clients, financiers, auditors and other professionals while providing mentorship to junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate finance projects, including company valuations, IFRS reporting, feasibility studies and financial due diligence.
• Develop and maintain financial models, compile reports, issue engagement letters and oversee billing and collections.
• Ensure compliance with know‑your‑client procedures and risk management policies.
• Mentor, coach and evaluate team members, setting timelines and performance indicators.
• Play a pivotal role in business development, client acquisition and long‑term departmental strategy.
• Maintain accurate timesheet records and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.

Required profile

• ACCA qualified or a Master’s degree in Accountancy.
• Extensive experience in corporate finance, advisory services and IFRS standards.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to identify and mitigate risk.
