Customer Support Agent – Italian Market

About the role

We are expanding our Italian market operations to Malta and need six enthusiastic Customer Support Agents to join our multilingual team. You will be the first point of contact for Italian‑speaking players, ensuring they receive fast, friendly assistance across email, live chat and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to player inquiries via email, live chat and inbound calls.
• Provide technical assistance for common issues such as cookies, browser settings and software updates.
• Explain product features, website navigation and company policies clearly.
• Escalate complex problems to team leaders and relevant internal departments.
• Maintain quality standards, meet KPIs and adhere to SLAs.
• Work a rotating shift schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Italian (written and spoken).
• Business‑level English proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Experience in online customer service, preferably in iGaming or related entertainment sectors.
• Positive, team‑oriented mindset with a “can‑do” approach.
