Contracts Administrator – Manage Contracts & Procurement

About the role

AX Group is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join its AX Development team. You will support the effective management of contracts, purchase orders and related commercial documentation across development projects, ensuring compliance and facilitating informed commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and finalise purchase orders, contracts, amendments and addenda in line with negotiated terms.
• Coordinate contract execution, distribution and version control together with Document Control.
• Track contract milestones, deliverables, obligations and monitor contractor performance and compliance.
• Maintain contract registers, renewal schedules and audit‑ready files while adhering to legal and procurement requirements.
• Identify contractual risks, raise issues and support dispute resolution and claims management.
• Prepare contract performance reports and summaries for oversight and decision‑making.
• Assist in maintaining contracting procedures and ensure alignment with company policies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Ability to organise and maintain accurate records of contracts and correspondence.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Capability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
