Client Relationship Manager

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will be the primary point of contact for RS2 Smart Processing Ltd’s customers, ensuring a seamless experience across all touch‑points. This role focuses on building strong, long‑term relationships, driving satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities within the payments and fintech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their key personnel.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction with products and services.
• Identify and communicate upsell or cross‑sell opportunities to the sales team.
• Present additional RS2 products or add‑ons aligned with company strategy.
• Attend client meetings to strengthen professional relationships.
• Manage client calls, create action plans, and share updates with stakeholders.
• Achieve client relationship targets and KPI’s.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address day‑to‑day client needs.
• Serve as the main escalation point, resolving client concerns promptly.
• Monitor service level agreements, flag potential issues, and maintain status trackers.
• Handle invoice management and resolve aged debt with clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client‑facing or account management role.
• Proven track record of delivering high client satisfaction.
• Degree in IT, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
