Building Services Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Building Services Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves designing, supervising, testing and certifying a variety of MEP projects for commercial and private clients, ranging from small developments to large multidisciplinary schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Attend site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Conduct surveys and assessments of existing installations.
• Prepare engineering designs, drawings and technical reports.
• Supervise site works and ensure quality control of MEP installations.
• Assist clients with operation and maintenance of MEP services.
• Perform testing, commissioning and certification of installations.
• Issue statutory certifications where required.

Required profile

• Degree (MQF Level 6) in Engineering.
• Master’s degree (MQF Level 7) in Building Services Engineering or related discipline – considered an asset.
• Maltese Engineering Warrant or eligibility to obtain one – considered an asset.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both Maltese and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
